Holiday Shipping & Customer Support Schedule

To help you plan your orders during the holiday season, please find our shipping and customer support schedule below.

 Order Processing & Shipping

December 22 – December 24

• Orders placed before 11:00 AM (EET, Romania time) will be shipped the same day.

• Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped the following business day.

December 25 – December 26

• No order processing or shipping (public holidays).

December 29 – December 31

• Orders placed before 11:00 AM (EET, Romania time) will be shipped the same day.

• Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped the following business day.

January 1 – January 2

• No order processing or shipping (public holidays).

January 5

• Normal working day – orders are processed and shipped as usual.

January 6 – January 7

• No order processing or shipping (public holidays).

Returns Processing

• Return requests submitted during the holiday period will be processed starting January 5, in the order they are received.

Customer Support Hours

Customer support will be available on the following days:

• December 22 – December 24

• December 29 – December 30

Support hours: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM (EET, Romania time)

Outside these hours, all inquiries will be answered as soon as possible on the next working day.
